Send to friendChina passed away on Feb. 11, 2012, at home surrounded by family, after a hard fought battle with pancreatic cancer. She was 69 years old.
China was born in Tombstone, Ariz., to Librada and Anacleto Maldonado.
She was an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching the Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns, with her sports fan and best friend Rose Parra (sister).
She was also a member of the Tombstone Sacred Heart Alter Rosary Society and served as president for some years.
