Send to friendMary T. Johnson, 86, a 19-year resident of Sierra Vista, Ariz., passed away on Feb. 14, 2012. She was born in Chicago, Ill. on Feb. 2, 1926.
Mary worked as a bookkeeper and retired in 1982. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Sierra Vista Hospital and the VFW. She volunteered at the Kartchner Caverns from the time of its opening.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Robert Johnson of Sierra Vista; sons, Paul Johnson of Monterey, Calif., and Peter Johnson of Novato, Calif.
Mary is preceded in death by her daughter, Margaret Prybl.
